 YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN A TRIBUTE TO GARTH BROOKS
COMING OUT OF RETIREMENT!

Back in 2000, Garth Brooks fans were shocked when he announced that he was retiring and wouldn't be touring anymore.  He decided that he wanted to be home for his three precious daughters until they were grown and off to college.  Of course Garth’s fans, while devastated by this announcement, couldn't help but admire and respect him for being so selfless and devoted to his family. Nine years felt like an eternity, but as Garth Brooks fans, we are dedicated and loyal to “THE MAN” and would wait an eternity for him to return, if we had to.  Back in 2007, at one of his sold out concerts in Kansas City, Garth said “If you wait for me, I will be back.”  And now, he’s back!

Fast forward to Thursday, October 15, 2009.   Garth held two press conferences, one at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, and the other at Wynn Las Vegas, where he announced that he’ll be appearing for 15 weeks a year up to five years.  This was sweet music to the ears of every Garth Brooks fan!

As devoted fans we can all come together to show Garth that we’re still here for him.  We can make a strong statement by supporting something that is very near and dear to his heart, the Garth Brooks “Teammates for Kids Foundation”.  If every fan would write a check for at least $1.00, just think of how many hundreds of thousands of dollars that could be raised for his charity.   Just imagine how our efforts will prove to him how much we care, and how much we missed him.  Any amount you can contribute, no matter how big or small, will help his charity.  Please contact every Garth Brooks fan you know, and tell them about this endeavor!
